Racial Abilities
Heat resistance – +1 bonus on saving throws vs. heat- and fire-based attacks, as the elf’s body is less susceptible to extreme temperatures.
Less sleep – The half-elf requires only four hours worth of sleep to be rested. This is especially valuable to spellcasters.
Stealth – When the half-elf is alone and is not wearing metal armor, he gains a bonus to surprise opponents. The opponent suffers a -4 penalty, a -2 if he has to open a door.
Sword bonus – +1 bonus to attack rolls with long or short swords.

Traits
Double-jointed – Sucessful Dexterity/Balance check allows character to excape bonds. 1d6 rounds is required for each limb that is bound. Metal bonds require a check at one half the ability score. Halflings recieve a +1 bonus to their check.
Light Sleeper – With a successful Wisdom/Intuition check, will awaken from any reasonable amount of noise.



Disadvantages
Powerful Enemy – Agents of the powerful enemy will always be after the character.
Bad Tempered – Character must make a Wisdom/Willpower check when insulted. If check fails, the chracter will insult the person back.
